That's really odd. MacMall has been around a long long time (I remember their catalogs when I was in junior high and the Intarweb was just a twinkle in Al Gore's eye) and is definitely a legit company. Guess it goes to show the resellerratings bias.... people only go there to complain. I am sure that they have their fair share of problems and idiot employees, but they are definitely not a scam site.
