Ugh! These things SMELL HORRIBLE!

I've burned a lot of discs in my day, all different kinds, brands, formats, etc.

NONE of them has EVER smelled this BAD.

Kind of like a paint / varnish smell, but multiplied by HORRIBLE.

The earlier batches of PlexDisc White Printable discs that I got before didn't smell like this.

Thinking about sending them back, just so I don't have to smell them.

Edit: The coating has a kind of rubber-ish consistency, and writing on it with a sharpie doesn't want to work so well. They've definitely changed the white coating on these discs.
