Which company has the best dead pixel policy? Particularlly with 24''

Some shops/stores online do a dead pixel check for you on the LCD you choose,you pay extra for it.I know at least one in the UK that does that.

Are you sure about the Dell? Last time I bought a Dell screen I needed 5 dead pixels.

Places like Newegg have an 8 dead pixel policy I believe. I'd shoot myself if I bought an LCD with 7 dead pixels and couldnt return it.

Return for any reason within 21 days (even repeatedly). If you get dead pixels after that, you may need 8 or some large amount of them. Most dead pixels that are the fault of shipping/handling occur when the LCD arrives.

P.S. This is only if you order from Dell.

Nope, prepaid return (according to my 2407WFP-owner friend (who did this for one dead pixel) anyway).

Edit: he said it was included in his order ($0 shipping at checkout) when the 2407 was on sale. That means free shipping for return too.

best dead pixel policy? the shop i go to will turn on the monitor before you buy so you can check yourself.... you dont want it, its fine
