Dead pixels??

I just got my Inspiron E1505 with a 15.4" truelife widescreen ultrasharp screen ($80 upgrade) and noticed that there's a dark corner in the lower right hand corner. It's not totally black, but its just a dark corner. Are these a whole bunch of dead pixels? What do I do?

I've already loaded my software onto the HD and configured it the way I want it.
