Nice, Hoping I get zero, or nine dead pixels.

That'll be ISO class II screens. Basically everything on the consumer market is specified to that. No news there - other than that the issue is being obfuscated in almost all shop and manufacturer websites.

Eh, you usually don't have to worry. They QC the panels out the door *usually* with 0 dead pixels. Most all issues that happen are due to weak connections or panels after they have already been shipped.
