There is a month-long promo code going on at Newegg.

PC P&C PSUs @Newegg

Just look for items with the text:

Additional 20% off w/promo code "Jansave20" , ends 01/31

Best deal: Silencer 750W "red"
$119.99
-20% ($24)
-$40 rebate
-$3.30 Live Search cashback
free shipping
= $52.69

This thing has GOT to be selling quite a bit below cost! The other reasonable deals are for the 370W ($24) and 420W ($32). The "problem" with those are that shipping is charged, which was almost $11 for me! Still, $35 is pretty cheap for a PSU that puts out 27A +12v.

Can't get that code to work with the Red PCP&C 750W...

"Although you've entered a valid promo code JANSAVE20, your order does not currently meet the code's usage criteria."

I think it only works on the smaller PSUs

I get the following error when trying to order the Silencer 750W "red".
Although you've entered a valid promo code JANSAVE20, your order does not currently meet the code's usage criteria

EDIT: haha, looks like I'm not the only one.

Hmmm, didn't try it, but it was listed before I went to sleep and now is not. Ah well.

Code not valid on the 750 watt psu, looks like it's still valid on one of the 860 watt though.

I know someone who had a PCP&C Silencer 500W. He ran a pair of X1950XT in Crossfire with around 5 hard drives. Of course his system was not super stable...
