Dead PC !? Help!

I have a big problem! I just bought some new pc parts, and the day after I put everything together and installed WinMe, the damn thing will not start!! There is no life what so ever..... The MB is the K7V, it has a green diode that lights up when power is on, and that one is lit but everything else is dead..!!
I wonder if the powersupply is bad?
Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Try taking everything out but the video card, connect all the hdd/floppy. You might have knock the video card a bit loose.
 
I have tried everything now..... Taken all out, putting it together again, resetting CMOS but nothing is happening when I try to turn it on. The only sign of life is the green light on the motherboard.

Looks like it is the power supply. Is there a fuse inside it that might have been destroyed?
If I open it I guess I void my warranty......
