*DEAD* Panasonic TC-P42S1 42" Plasma and Blue Ray Player Combo $799.98

Been looking for a HD tv for a while, going back and forth on size and model. I was tempted with the 50" S1 w/Blue Ray combo this week for $1199, but more than I wanted to spend and maybe a little bigger than I wanted...

I was looking at the 42" but it was marked regular price all this week, $999.99. Today I noticed they dropped the price down to $799.99 and it qualifies for a current $200 promo on the Panasonic DMP-BD60K BR player, total price for both was $799.98, plus free finance for 18 months.

The instant rebate on the BR player ends today 9/12, I picked mine up in store. TV rang up at regular price, but had a printed copy that they verified online.

if you have a fry's near you they have a 42" 'major brand' plasma (i suspect it's a panasonic) for $499.
