We own this and the Nokia Lumia 521 (T-Mobile version) and love them both. Our Nokia 521 was recently activated on an Ultra.me prepaid plan and works great. The Nokia 520 hasn't been activated, it's used a portable media player, remote control, security webcam and offline GPS navigation.

The deal is almost over, but one thing to note is that AT&T has actually been pretty fast with the WP 8.1 updates for their phones, so the Lumia 520 had its OTA update pushed out a week or two ago, meaning that you get all the cool new features like Cortana. What's also really nice in the update for this phone is that you can now store apps on the memory card, so the 8 GB of onboard memory isn't a limitation like it was before.
