I'm NOT vouching for this product, nor this seller, I've never bought one of these, nor from this seller. However, they do ship from USA, and this is a great price for a Win10 Pro Edu laptop.

Celeron N3060 1.6Ghz, I think that's a dual-core Cherry Trail Atom. Nothing to write home about.

4GB LPDDR3(embedded), and a 128GB M.2.

Not great specs, but for those on a severe budget, this could fit the bill.

Supposed to be "Grade A".

Interesting find. Wonder it it would run better than a Win10 Tablet or cheap Android tablet. 4gb ram is not the best but doable.

I got one for the Kitchen PC. Needed a tablet / PC while cooking. Pintrest Recipes, Youtube. Martha Stewart and such. It works very well. If it gets destroyed. SO be it.

It does take a while to get updated to the latest 21H2 build and drivers done.

Mine was used. You could see where the plastic was smoothed on some of the keys from typing. Over all A grade by far (A+ for me would be hardly used/never issued and refurbed) so all in all. Nice shape. Only bugaboo is the one cover on the left side for the USB and such is wonky as crap. Mite just cut it off. Cheap plastic.
