I have asked them about that and customs etc.
They have replied to my emails and insisted that the customer will have nothing to pay other than what they pay at checkout.

Yes, Thanksgiving sale. I'm just looking at the email and it says it expired on the 14th. (code: neweggca15 if anyone is curious)
