Dead Motherboard

I flashed the motherboard with update from MSI page, seemed to work was able to use it for the rest of the night but would not boot the next day, all I get is the red light on the board, no sound, fans, video, drives or anything. Did not have ISA video card to try recovery so purchased new chip. Installed chip but still nothing. Have taken out everything and replaced one piece at a time but nothing works. Have a BXMASTER, 128 ram, Matrox G400 video, Sound Blaster Live, 6 fans, 21" moniter, 300w power supply and WinME. I have flashed before with no problems (on another system). This system is only 10 months old but I have had trouble since day one (took me 2 weeks to figure out that the power supply was defective). I have had constant system crashes, slowdown and jerky mouse behavior after several hours of use. Please help.:disgust:
 
Clear the cmos jumper with PS unplugged / switched off. If it still will not post, then you'll need to RMA the board.
