Whats I thought was a PSU issue is lookin like a motherboard problem. When I turn on the system, it doesnt POST nor beep. Fans spin up as normal, but cd drives dont light up and monitor never turns on. I replaced my PSU with an Antec SmartPower 1.0 350W and it did the same thing. HDDs, memory, and cd drives were unplugged while testing.

I don't believe it's going to post without memory installed.

If it's a Chaintech I'm not surprised. Check under the MB and around the CPU voltage regs and see if anything's burned. They are notoriously weak there.
