Dead Motherboard

Well my motherboard died (DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D) and I just ordered the same exect motherboard again.
Now my question is when I get the new mobo will I need to install the drivers again?
I already installed everything and had the computer up and running I just tried to switch the mobo heatsink and in the proceses shorted out the mobo.
 
I just swapped out an EPOX mb for the exact same model and Windows wasn't any the wiser. I would just make sure you have the drives attached to the exact same ports as before.

If the BIOS revisions are different, that might throw something into the works but I doubt it.
