Dead Mobo?

IWill XP-333
Duron 1 Gig
Crucial DDR
Maxtor D740X
Symptom: Grey screen, No HDD light.

The PSU, Video Card, Monitor, HDD and cable are all OK, and I reseated everything. I'm thinking bad mobo, any other hints/thoughts would be appreciated, Thanks.

nope, no beeps, John, sorry, I forgot to mention, i tried clearing the CMOS.

Remove motherboard from case and place on foam or box or something. (to make sure something isn't grounding out somewhere)
Clear CMOS. Make sure front case power switch lead is connected properly. (Check manufacturers website to make sure they don't have an amended manual, sometimes the shipping ones are wrong.)
Make sure powersupply is set to proper voltage in the back. (115/230 switch)
Make sure video card is seated WELL. Make sure RAM is seat well.
Remove all components except video card, 1 stick of RAM, CPU. Leave floppy, hard drive disconnected.
Try ram stick in a different slot. Make sure CPU is seated well.

CMOS has been cleared and all components sans CPU and Mobo have been re-seated and/or swapped w/ known good components.
