Dead Mobo/Transferring RAID array?

So I have (had?) a watercooling system on my Athlon 1.4C (38C at full load at 1.53GHz). As I was out of town for the weekend, it was the perfect time for the hose to come off of the pump. I returned to find that my computer had shut itself off. I do not know if the motherboard is alive or not, but if I need to replace it, I was wondering how to transfer my RAID array to a different motherboard. I have an EPoX 8K7A+ with the Highpoint 370A RAID controller, and four Western Digital WD400BB drives in a RAID 0+1 array. I'd also be curious as to whether or not the motherboard is likely to be dead, or merely the CPU. Thanks for any advice!
