at the time of the posting they had M, L, XL in Navy. i was able to snag an L at that price. looks like M size is now $9.99. deal is dead.

Yep still see Navy Medium for $9.99. There are still a few others color/sizes for below $20. I have lost quite a bit of weight in the last two years, but still find mediums and large size clothes are hard to estimate on sizing. Many mediums fit well while other times my arms are too big, or they are too short at the waste. But not all the time. I'd guess for a hoodie I'd want to go Large.
