phoenix79,
Yes, I've used RMA with ASUS 3 times before. When you call the Tech Support folks, explain your problem and ask for an RMA. They'll give you an RMA number and then you deal with their RMA folks using that number. Ask them for a cross-ship so you can get the new board before you ship your old board back to them (if they will agree to do that). That way you get a new mobo and won't have to wait for yours to be repaired and sent back to you, taking a couple of weeks. They will send you a board in 1-2 days and you'll get in in 3-4 days. Then you have to send yours back within 10 days of receipt of the new one.
To cross-ship, they will ask you to fill out some forms that they will send to you by e-mail. Once you fill them out, you can send back either by fax or e-mail with forms filled out and copied into jpg or pfd images. You will need to send your credit card number, but they will defer charging unless they don't get your board back in the 10 days.
I've always found them to be very helpful and fast.
