Keyboard Didnt work upon install - KB didnt work at first seems the ps2 adapter might be non functioning as I can get it to work but not with the mouse hooked up. Doesnt work with KB usb and ps2 mouse for me so I used a ps2/usb adapter to plug them both in usb and works just fine now.

Both were in near perfect shape no visible wear, marks or scratches.. and mine came with batteries as well.

I'm using a PS2 --> USB adapter too which it came with in my box.
I didn't directly try PS2, since I figure why bother.

I rec'd mine, it's working fine....no issues. It came with two batteries, but none for the keyboard....no biggie at that price point. :)

I've been so impressed with mine, I ordered a second set from JustDeals for my younger brother. I just hope his set comes in as great condition as the first. After typing with $10 keyboards, the change for me was drastic. I've been using an MX 500 mouse, so I was more or less acclimated to that.

Finally got mine from Overstock - no complaints whatsoever. No scuffs or damage, and everything seems to work fine. No batteries, but I've got plenty.

Since I've already got an MX Duo combo, I'm going to just store the keyboard and keep a spare mouse in the charger - I'm always forgetting to charge the mouse.

Thanks, OP!

Just got mine from JustDeals and am extremely satisfied. I thought the keyboard was new when I first saw it, but upon closer inspection it does have some very minor blemishes that I have not been able to rub out. Also, one of the buttons was broken, but I don't think it would be worth returning it, as it is just the "forward" button on the media control and I barely even use that anyway. The mouse and reciever seem completely new.

Been using mine for about a month, and I discover the charger does not work. The mouse LED never changes from blinking red to green, and the voltage across the charging terminals only reads like 0.84V (too low to charge). I hope Logitech will do a return, cus Overstock would probaly just send me a broken one again.

blinking red LED: low batt
blinking green: charging
solid green: charged

BTW, I called Logitech tech support about my charger not working. They are shipping me a new mouse AND charger, and I don't have to send the broken one back. Talk about service! I'm a Logitech man for life now.

How did you do that? My serial numbers were all blacked out and when I had called logitech, they said they couldn't help me without the #s.

Lol, nevermind, I "borrowed" some ;)

When I held the blacked out serial # up to the light, it was easily readable ;-)

You can see through the black line at a certain angle.

I got my replacement mouse from Logitech. It was a brand new MX1000 Laser mouse! $60 at Newegg. So to recap:

1. I buy refurbished MX Duo from Overstock for $36.
2. Charger doesn't work.
3. I call Logitech, describe problem to the Tech, read him the serial #.
4. They send me a brand new $60 MX 1000 laser mouse.

So I'll keep using the keyboard from the Mx Duo and hook up the new mouse.

Logitech gets an A+ from me!

this makes me feel some better about the fact that I can't actually test the ones I bought from overstock until next week because one of 'em is a birthday surprise..

The mouse can use regular or rechargable. If you put rechargable in it, it will charge when it's in the cradle.

BTW: Logitech no longer produces these because the charger will be bad after about a year - it will be very difficult to get the mouse to sit in it so it can start charging.

they don't ask where you got it. they only need the serial numbers, from all 3 pieces. if you hold it just right so the light reflects off the lable, you can see the serial numbers pretty clearly.
