Bought one of these when last on sale (for another $3), and really helps with my wife's ping times in WOW when i'm busy downloading. My router has QoS support but is not easy to setup, and tech support was no help. No setup to do on the OGV20, just plug it in, and that's it.

I really could have used this when my x-roomate would be constantly on bittorent in his quest for the ultimate pr0n collection...
