So, 75Hz, FreeSync, 4ms, >99% sRGB, QHD res, 23.8" IPS screen, for $159.99. Not too bad, really. Finding ANY 1440P screen under $200 is kind of tough sometimes, even going refurb.
Note that they don't say "FreeSync 2", anywhere to my knowledge, so it's potentially possible that FreeSync (1) only works over the DP connector, and not the HDMI. I don't know.
