Dead LCD display?

Anyone have any experience with LCD's that can tell me if this is fixable or just ejunk? It gets better as it gets warmer but never really clears up.

Make sure your cooler is spinning as fast as it can. That looks like memory artifacts.. try that.. let us know,, gl
 
No... it's the monitor. It does it no matter what computer it is plugged into to. I'm going to toss it.
