I have a k7m that died been tring to get in touch with asus for a week. I have emailed and faxed with no response. Their web site is useless. The store I bought it from wont take it back it is over 30 days. Anybody have a phone # or address?

Ask your retailer just what kind of warranty you got? ASUS is 3 years now, and they can route this sorry excuse for circuitry back through their supplier if they can't get you RMA'd w/ ASUS...
This kind of end support makes manufacturers like ASUS look bad, when normally ASUS makes AWESOME mobos and stands behind their boards...
Sorry you are getting a run around (more like reach around), I would be bit@hing at the retailer and going elsewhere with my business!

Call this number. 1-510-739-3777 Its in Calif. Talk to tech support first. Then they will probably refer to the rma dept. You'll call the same number and the person will ask for the serial # off the board. There should be sticker on the isa slot at the bottom of the board. They will put that # in the computer, if it comes up as still being under warranty they will give you a rma #. If not, well your out of luck kid.
