I have one of these, it's pretty good:

+ Activity tracking (steps)
+ Sleep tracking (actually useful!)
+ Good app (add workout, food, mood, etc.)
+ Comfortable (I hate watches, but I don't mind wearing the Up24)
+ Bluetooth (wireless transfer to your phone app)
+ 2-week battery life
+ Vibration alarms (ex. wake you up in a light sleep cycle, or a bedtime alarm)

They come in small, medium, and large. I have a small wrist & needed a large. There's a PDF sizing chart here:

The Up3 is due out in a few weeks - only a week battery life instead of two, but adds a heartrate monitor and buttonless sleep & activity tracking. On the Up24, I have to press the button to let it know when I go to sleep & wake up; the new one does it automatically, plus adds stuff like HRM. I've enjoyed my Up24 & plan on upgrading to an Up3, partly for HRM & partly for the automatic logging feature. I just paid $120 for mine not too long ago, so $80 is a steal!

Same at our CostCo but I think it expired yesterday 11/30/14. Hopefully they'll renew it.
