Just bought this, thanks! With the 7% Fatwallet + the 5% bonus Discover, my total (after $2 shipping) comes to $160. I was going to wait for Haswell, but this is too smoking a deal, and you could probably sell the chip used for $160 after Haswell is out!

MSI had the G45 Z77 board for around $60 after rebate last week, but it's dead now. I picked up one (but bought an E3-1230 Xeon already for it).

I don't see the cashback symbol next to the i5 deal, i do see it next to other tigerdirect items though on fatwallet.

EDIT: nvm used the click through link. Used this, my 10$ promo BUT i couldn't use the econo ship because i have Unit number in my address so i had to bump it up to the $6 shipping.
