dead hard drive problem?

well, my samsung hd160jj was always spinning up and then clicking once... it finally stopped working....


bios detects the hard drive, but everything else doesnt.. i tried running all the samsung hard drive tools and they dont detect it... i tried reinstalling windows but it doesnt detect any hard drives.

i tried plugging into both the sata2 and sata plugs but no difference.


the hard drive is only 1 month old
 
bios detects the drive... i have hope...



i have some important files on there.... will samsung transfer over the files?
 
Here is my recommendation...

Put the hdd as a slave drive in another computer. Then try recovering your files using one of the various Data Recovery S/W. PM me if you need any help.
