I do 7-8-8-20 1.58v 1600-ish with my Samsung generics.
(which is what i think i think those Snipers are)

It needs 1.6V to run at 2133 speeds. You can easily run it at 1.5V at 1600 and most likely 1866 speeds.

Pfft 1.6 is FINE for Sandy/Ivy/Haswell systems.
I was running 2.03 with same ICs as those Snipers on Haswell.

That "low voltage RAM" stuff is a crock of shit.
