WD1200JDRTL. This was in the LA Times ad (link). Picked one up in Burbank. $99 - $50 in rebates. It has a $30 rebate that requires original UPC, and a $20 that accepts a copy. Also available at Outpost, but "call for availability.
 
Same deal here at the Renton, Wa store. Of course, I'm STILL waiting for my rebate from a 120GB PATA drive I bought from Fry's back in October, so I may pass.
 
Damn, that's a good idea! My local OD has been willing to PM Fry's AR prices before. I'm going to print out the ad and give it a shot. THANKS for the suggestion. Batman, did those rebates you're still waiting on go to El Paso? This is not sounding too hot!
 
Did anyone by chance save a copy of the $30 rebate form? I was filling out the one that printed out at checkout at the store, and it has a misprint on it. It says $30 in one place, and $20 in another. The $20 rebate is on a separate printed form, which is OK. For purchases at Outpost, there was a pdf of the $30 rebate form. Does anyone still have that? Filing deadline is 1/26.
