They gave me 3 days to pick it up...but I didn't prepay

I didn't pre-pay either. I placed the order on Monday evening. They gave me until Friday to pick it up according to the e-mail they send me.

Which ram should I get?
16gb 1.5v ddr3 2133 or
16gb 1.65v ddr3 2400?

1.65v is out of spec for any intel desktop processor sandybridge and newer. 1.65v is ok with amd processors.
