kingston says it won't honor rebates

so i'm going to accumulate all the kingston deals right now. kingston has a sale at here involving free fedex 2nd day shipping!

they also have rebates. but most aren't listed. here are some deals:
256 CF for $40 - $15 rebate (limit 2) = $25
rebate link

512 CF for $93 - $20 rebate (limit 2) = $73
rebate link

128 SD for $40 - $12 rebate (limit 2) = $28
rebate link

usb 2.0 reader $25 - $12 rebate (limit 2) = $12
rebate link

readers CF, SM, SD, MMC, MS

128 thumbdrive $30 - $20 = $10 wow! thumb drives are so much cheaper than flash cards
rebate link

256 thumbdrive $50 - $20 = $30
rebate link

note: these thumbdrives aren't usb 2.0. according to kingston they transfer around 950 KB/s

remember, free fedex 2nd day. charge tax to california (dunno if you're not in california)

I remember like 4 months back when an E-tailer had a special on the 512 Viking CF card.

Total came out to like 48 bucks after rebate.

Kingston are just as good if not better 🙂 I might have to pick up another one

Is Kingston going to honor these rebates with these prices? It looks like there are two distinct deals they are offering. One page has higher "discount prices" but with rebates, and another page has lower prices, but no rebate:

Rebates
No Rebates

Does anyone know definitively if the lower prices can be combined with the rebates?

Confirmed as well by me.

Those prices are "AFTER" rebate and do not qualify for the rebate. Was a good deal if it came through, but I went ahead and cancelled my order.

Probably doesn't matter since you cannot get to that webpage anymore, but I would advise anyone with an outstanding order to cancel it.
