I don't need a rig anytime soon but It is good to see the prices normalizing again. Now if we can just get those RAM prices down a bit.

They are (very) slowly falling. People can get some decent 16 GB DDR4 3200 kits in the $140 - $150 range on sale. Nothing to cheer about, but better than it was at peak pricing this past winter.
