That's because they are out of stock. Notice the "usually ships within 1 to 4 weeks". You may still be able to get in on the deal this way, but you may have to wait a while for your card.

Been shopping for about aa year to upgrade one of my comps still on a 280 and with the $150 amazon gc I had if seemed like a good buy. I also wanted to try an amd card as all my monitors are 19*12 and a few older games I play have become unplayable with latest nvidia driver releases.

Card came in today. Dirt Showdown, Nexuiz, and Deus Ex game coupons are included. Label on box says 5 years warranty. Not too shabby at all.

BTW, Diamond has one of the most unfriendly Rebate web submission I've seen.

You should probably register the card within 30 days of purchase as a lot of companies that offer 5-year or lifetime warranties require something like that but it's often not clearly stated on the box.

Make sure to register within 30 days to get full warranty (but might want to wait 29 days before registering from purchase date to make sure the card doesn't fail on you and you can still return it to Amazon).
