I am soooo pissed at dell right now...

i was going to order it yesterday and right in the middle of me choosing everything is when the monitor disappeared.

then i got pissed and didnt get it


now i was about to go and make the deal again and the $100 discount disppeared 10 seconds ago while i was picking everything again..

The $100 of the 4550 in Dell SB was pulled yesterday so where are you getting the $300 ( 2 x $150) discount? The only $$ discounts I see that are active mow are the $50 coupon x 2 for a $100 discount and free S&H. Is there anther $100 discount per system that is still available?

I also had the lcd monitor upgrade disapear as I was configuring the system to buy. And now the $100 discount disapears as well.
I am convinced me and a few others missed out on this deal because of all the losers buying these systems to try to scrounge a profit on ebay.

dethman, I agree with you.. This super hot deal was on for 4 long days and unfortunately it got pulled early. I wouldn't call those people making a profit selling their 4550 system on eBay "losers". Dell probably pulled the deal early because of the anandtech effect and they got overwhelmed.

Thank you, sir, for that....I bought 10 of the systems with the LCD. And yes, they were bought with the intent of turning at least 8 of them for profit. Sue me. Capitalism at its finest. Pay $489 for a system that I am easily getting $750 for sight unseen.

Gotta love it! And this is payig for that 19" LCD monitor I upgraded one system to.

Hording isn't cool. It just benfits the person who gets in first and "gets over on everyone else. Just think about it. If there where a bunch more people out there who hord like you, you probably wouldn't have had the chance to even buy one system for yourself because they all would have been horded already.
Hording is not capitalism. Capitalism gives back to society. Hording causes shortages for the general public and screws them over while your getting over on them and giving nothing back to society.
