Does anyone know if you order 2 pair ( the rebate is good for 2 items per household) do you submit both on 1 form? or 2 seperate forms?

As I ordered 4 gigs

Check the reviews. I have no idea why anyone would give something that failed anything other than one star, but a lot of them did.

I got burned buying this stuff, both sticks went bad.

Just an fyi.

Yeah, I noticed all the negative reviews too, I wonder why though. I have 4GB Ballistix-1000 that have been working flawlessly for more than a year, although I never pushed them above 900MHz because I don't see any performance benefit and memory runs cooler at lower speeds.

I think I'll get 4GB of this one too. I don't think I'll be running those at much more than 800MHz, but if it the same price as cheaper ram, why not get Crucial as opposed to some value ram?

From what I've seen on Newegg at least, a lot of people seem to have trouble with the newer batches of Crucial Ballistix, both the DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 SKU and this DDR2-1066 5-5-5-15 SKU. It seems the quality is not what it used to be when the sticks first launched. The operating voltage is on the high side as well (2.2V).

Now at Fry's for $38.99 - $34.00 rebate = $4.99. Free shipping too.

Might be dead here now too. We'll see if mine ships.
