LOL, kinda funny seeing garden hose on Anandtech. I will say this is the best garden hose I've ever used though. Plus, the ends are strong enough to drive over in a car, and won't bend.

Get $5 more off.

Garbage.... Last a long time, hard to manage (Roll, store) and turns your hands black every time you touch it.

Hmmm, mine coils up easily, and I never get blk hands from it. All rubber actually coils easier than the cheaper hoses.

I'll have to strongly disagree with ya :D.
Do you actually have this hose??

Thanks. Perfect (and timely) replacement for the 75ft backyard hose my dog chewed up.

hmm, but if it says craftsman on it, isn't it a life time warranty?

I've had the spray nozzles, but haven't used them; this is just what I have needed to complete my PC's water cooling setup. :D

I actually have it.

Yes it makes black marks.

yes it is unnecessarily more difficult than it should be to manage including rolling, including the weight and stress cracking my plastic craftsman hose reel.

Basically, the only sane use for this hose is if you are leaving it stretched out and expect a lot of people trampling over it. For typical hose use where it's moved around and rolled or unrolled, any random hose is a better option in every way except that maybe this would last 25 years instead of 20... for a disproportionately higher price.

FWIW, there are different models of their rubber hoses, and I think that's why there's such discrepency.

The older ones (made in USA) are much heavier and seem much more substantial than the newer ones (made in China).

I bought one of these last Thursday and it is made in USA. It is a heavy duty hose with a full lifetime warranty. Just what I needed thanks OP.
