No. Cooling is similar so not worth the extra unless you're cramped for space.

BB will report OOS if the number drops to 2 or less. I've been wanting a Blu Ray and it said OOS but I went to the store and they had it. I spoke to somebody there and apparently their inventory system sucks.

I went up to the Salem, NH BB today and got my H50 for the 39.99, but looking now the sale has changed to only 20.00 dollars off - to 49.99, strange.
I would think they are making a profit at any price on these. I bought one back in 12/09 for my current build for 69.99 on sale, and am very happy with its performance.

Thanks OP! Picked one up at my local BB - installed tonight and temps are great on my overclocked/overvolted Phenom II 920. This thing was a little tough to fit into the Thermaltake V3 Black, but I made it work.

So far I've got it setup so that the cool air gets drawn into the radiator from outside the case and heated air goes into the case - I'm not sure I like that, but it doesn't seem to have any real world impact on my other components at this point.

I think you're supposed to blow air INTO the case according to some reviews I read. I picked one up (and got rid of some BB gift cards....bonus!), but I haven't set it up yet. I'll probably wait for a new build.
