Dang, I just bought it for $43 I think a week or so ago. Do you guys think they will adjust the price for me?

Call them (well, have them call you in Amazon.com's case) and tell the customer service rep you bought the product in the past 30 days and want a refund on the difference based on their 30 day price guarantee policy. Have your order number handy.

On a side note, does Amazon still have a 30 day price guarantee? I thought that was removed recently.

Amazon stopped doing this at the beginning of September.
 
Well, that botched delivery may be a blessing in disguise afterall. I will be returning the other one (whenever it gets here) and ordering this.
 
It's currently the same price at Best Buy right now, too.
Disadvantage: you pay tax.
Advantages: you can find one that isn't dinged up (it's a metal case, so it dings easily) and you can get it right away.
 
I have to pay tax for Amazon now too (NY). That along with no price guarantee is making it become less and less my favorite place to shop.

I saw that too using froogle. But I've vowed not to buy from BB ever again. However, I'm gonna go over to the BB B&M near me later and see if they have this. I have the feeling their online price and in-store price will be different.
 
$100 is the MSRP.

So anyway, went over to BB during lunch. They have a 50% discount on all the HBO series, only problem is they don't have BoB BR in stock. I'm pretty sure your BB location needs to have the item in stock for you to select pick-up.

I bought it for $55 from amazon when it first came out and I haven't even watched it yet on blu ray. I've seen it 5 times on DVD. Should have waited....argh.
 
Got it last night at BB; they had about 4 or 5 copies left at my local store.
After tax around $40ish
I can hardly wait to start watching... I have never seen it before.
It should look awesome on my PS3 and 50' plasma

Thanks OP! Very good deal, got one at best buy. Couldn't find one on the shelves, finally got a salesperson to dig me one out from the back room. I am looking forward to watching this, so many people say its awesome. thanks again!
 
I got this back in early November for $54. It looks/sounds amazing and was totally worth that price. At $37 its a steal.
