Each and every episode is better than every other WW2 movie ever made. Collectively they are perhaps the greatest series ever made. Great buy.

Ditto, this is only 16.7% cheaper than when I got it when it came out at Costco, but this dvd set is well worth the money. Amazing story, well told, well filmed, acted well, amazing story. I would pay much more for this set.
 
Awesome. I've been wanting to get this for my dad for a couple of years now, but didn't have $100 to spend on it.
 
Any proper American should see Band of Brothers, Saving Private Ryan, and We Were Soldiers. As for how I obtained copies, I'd rather not say.
 
Not that i'm saying not to buy this, but the History Channel is showing these everynight at 9:00pm central. Last night was Bastonge (sp?). Great series, probably the best made!

Damn it, I just bought this box set used off fleabay for the same price last week. Grrrrrr... This is Hot. Great price on a great series.

Just check your local used stores, they have them quite often for that price. I have seen them at Greywhale CD Exchange, CD Wherehouse, Movie Trading Company so far (I live in Salt Lake City, UT)
 
Don't wait, just order now. I think I've watched the series 3 times now and we're about due for a 4th showing.
 
Great deal. I just ordered it myself.

On top of that, I hadn't used Amazon.com in a while and when I logged in my shopping cart still had the Simpsons Season 1 set for $14.99 in it (previous hot deal never taken advantage of). I ordered it as well.

Two hot deals today. I can't wait to get them.
