Having no trouble w/MSI rma's is a good thing. Having to rma many things doesn't sound so good for MSI's reliability.

yeah i would rather the rma part be a slight pain vs having to rma all the time

I have this card,its been working great so far,no problems at all. Plays every game I have without a hitch.

msi warranty is 2yr and 3rd year is parts only PLUS shipping(so they can gouge on labor)- so really 2year
EDIT- price went up to $269 DEAD
