Stuck at 8% for me too. Looking for a laptop hard drive, dont' really "need" one but will jump on it at 25% if it makes it back up there again.
 
I still can't find the link on live.search. I've tried FF and IE, both yield no adds that people are talking about. It is rather disappointing. =(
 
With what I want, Ebay with 8% CB make the prices average at best. Hopefully, with a lot of wishful thinking, 20-30% will make a brief appearance soon. 😀

How to see ads:

Step 1 - Go to www.live.com
Step 2 - input "wii" or any product into the search bar, and press the magnifying glass
Step 2 - Click on the ad that says "You may get x% off with Paypal if eligible" at ebay.
Step 3 - On ebay, search for what you want to buy. It must be a BUY IT NOW ad.
Step 4 - Go through the process of buying/paying for the item (you should see a microsoft Cash back banner with the x% off>

etc...
 
I'm getting 8% off links, I will hold out out and wait for 20-25% off links....let's hope it will come back again. I need to buy 4 in ceiling speakers.

Last night I wasn't getting the usual banner from last time on Live.com but this morning I am seeing the 8% banner.
 
My wife IM'd me saying she refreshed it and it showed 20%...ended up being that she was looking at the www.live.com/cashback link and not the www.ebay.com link which still shows 8%. My heart jumped for the second it took me to realize what she had done...argh.

Same here. the 8% actually isn't bad but Im holding off to see if it goes back up.
 
I'm annoyed - I bought an NC10 using the spoof to get 25%, but the shipper then refunded my money because I was asking them to ship to an unverified address (something I've never had any problem doing in the past). Ah well . . .
