Dead Antec TruBlue 480?

OK, so this is part question and part rant, but my brand-spanking-new (ok, 2 month old) 480W Antec power supply seems to have gone tits up on me, taking my web server with it.

It won't power the computer, and I can't even get it to power on by shorting pins 14 and 15 (power on/ground).

I guess all I'm asking before I go through RMA Hell is, is there anything I can try that I haven't thought of? A replacement PS powers the system, so it's definitely a problem with the supply, but c'mon, it's Antec, I've never heard of one of their top of the line supplies just dying like this.

So yeah. Ideas?

Might have been just a marginal fuse - found that to be the case many times. You will have to open the PSU case to test/replace it which might void the warranty (very carefully peel back labels to cover tracks).
. Use exact value (may need magnifier to read on metal end of fuse) or only very slightly higher rating replacement fuse. Carefully test voltages after replacing the fuse. If it blows again, put original fuse back and RMA it.
