[DEAD]

AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor
= $99.99 with free shipping.

If you have a Visa Chase Freedom, you can get another 10% off with cash back bonus.

If you have an older FX4000 series and need a budget AM3+ socket drop-in upgrade after re-selling your CPU, or just need a budget system for productivity and don't have the money for an i5/i7, this is the best $100 processor on the market for multi-threaded apps.

With overclocking, you are looking at some serious bang for the buck for a budget productivity rig.

Great CPU for the price. Have a ton of them in various systems (fileservers, HTPCs, etc.)

If somebody needs proper multi threading then it easily trades blows with a 2700k/3770k stock.

For gaming it will usually compete with a i3/i5 except for games that are very well multi threaded in which case it may compete with or beat a 2500k stock.

I'm in on one. I wasn't really looking to upgrade, but.....

Thanks for watching for these deals Russian. I also got in on the EVGA power supply one you posted earler.

Now that I will have the cooler off and I have easy access to the memory slots, I should probably think about popping more in. I have 8 in now, thinking about going to 16.

Sorry but they ended the deal last night so you'll have to find it else where like me. Unfortunately I also missed out on the deal. Was going to purchase this and even put it in my cart for later but when I checked this morning for checkout the price changed.I am so pissed right now.I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed and hope for another deal like this to pop up. doubt it will happen but you never know.

I was going to buy a second, and when I checked Amazon around 6 CST the price was up to $119. I checked around 11 and it was back up to $135. It's very interesting how Amazon works with their continuously variable pricing.

Oh wow, how did I miss this? I have an empty AM3+ Biostar 970 board TA970+ that could use a CPU, and I have an ASRock Extreme4 board that has a Thuban, that can be upgraded to an AM3+ FX-series CPU. Ugh. (And I was just checking out 8320 / 8350 prices yesterday. I don't shop at Amazon though.)

Hey if anyone catches another deal on FX Cpu's please post asap cause I need one bad.
I am really kicking my self in the rear for missing this $99 deal. I cant believe Amazon would only run this deal for only several hours and not a couple days like other retailers. Its not like everyone is buying AMD these days anyways but it would have been nice.
I am really hoping this $99 deal pops up one last time for us AMD'ers. :)

Last I looked MicroCenter was $109, but you get a $40 discount on a MB combo.
