Good idea, but after drinking those that I capture, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to tell the pieces apart after long. :)

Might be you cap, you drink just to balance the game out when you start winning. :p

Is anyone else having issues when they try to add anything to their cart from that store? I get a long error message on their website.

This is the message I get at the top of their page...

function UpdateTotal(form) { form.page.value =''; form.URL.value = 'http://www.spilsbury.com/webapp/wcs/sto...late?calculationUsageId=-1&orderItemId*=&quantity*=&URL=OrderItemDisplay'; if(form.removeProd.length){ for ( var i=0; i < form.removeProd.length; i++ ){ if(form.removeProd.checked){ for ( var j=0; j < form.elements.length; j++ ){ if(form.elements[j].name == form.removeProd.value){ form.elements[j].value=0; } } } } } else { if(form.removeProd.checked){ form.quantity_1.value=0; } } form.submit(); }

Still no go on ordering these, and I've been waiting on this deal to happen again since the last time a shotglass special like this was posted here and I missed out on it, so I'm definitely in for 2 of these if the order form starts working again.

usually the shot glasses in these sets are pretty small. A few months ago, I was trying to get my hands on a decent amount of shot glasses and tried looking at buying one of these chess sets that showed up really cheap (or checkers, then they would all be the same shape) but then I discovered that they were very small shot glasses--as little as .5oz.

I ended up ordering a dozen of these which were exactly what I wanted. Despite the gimick of black light glowing (which is kind of cool, even cooler if you throw a splash of tonic into whatever is in the shot glass...), when there is no black light present, they are crystal clear. My favorite part though is that they just look like normal barware. No fancy shapes, no gaudy colors...they are perfect

Ok, this is seriosuly rediculous. Their site has been broken for over 12 hours now. They have to be losing some decent money by not being able to accept orders. Makes me almost not want to deal with a company who doesnt have their ****** together.

i think it's distinguished by height, the tallest being the king, followed by queen, bishop, knight, rook, and pawn.

this would be a perfect present for my friend. too bad his bday just passed. maybe christmas.

apparently you cna order it through shop.com:
http://www.shop.com/op/~Shot_Glass_Chess_Set-prod-13718619

shipping was $4.20 to seattle.

appears each additional set was only $2 extra for shipping.

There's only 1 review and it looks like that the person did receive his items in good condition, just that they broke their promise for before christmas delivery, so he was pissed.

grrrrr, dont forget fw cashback. it seems spilsbury has 6% back and shop.com has 5% back. could've saved an additional $.55

Shot Glass Chess Set 13052 3 $23.31

Shipping: $8.20
Store Total: $31.51

Pretty reasonable shipping costs, ordered 1 for me and 2 to keep as "emergency gifts".

If I wouldn't get very suspicious looks from my parents I'd be all over this, would be very useful for college next year :( hopefully it'll come up again in about 4 months!
