I agree, I just use them as a general benchmark.

Tough decision, been wanting to hold out for another tablet ( already got the Dell Streak 7 with the Staples deal last month ) but this is such a good deal...

Just get it, lol. It gets 6:30 to 7 hours on the battery and the performance is good stock and would probably feel faster than a normal desktop if you get a 4GB RAM DIMM and a cheap but fast 60/64GB SSD. It's also only 3 pounds.

Good day to all, read this interesting thread and wish to ask if it is no problem to fully format the hd (I see there are three partitions) to make a fresh full installation for Win7.

fresh install on a v100 kingston 64gb ssd (but still 2gb) is faster than stock, but not as much faster as a faster chip seems to be when you go ssd... but this thing works great...
