I received most of my order today (everything but the Cougar enclosure).
The HEC HP400DB "400 watt PSU" actually only lists 11.5 amps on the single 12v rail. (That is only 138 watts total for 12v). Ironically it does come with a 6 pin power connector for video card.
In contrast, my HEC 350 watt Bronze PSU comes with two 12v rails both at 14 amps, but no 6 pin power connector.
