I'm finally a victim of the 360. I got the Error 74 a few nights ago. They really need to work on their QA.

But the problem I'm having is that when I try to print out the shipping label from the support site, nothing appears on the page. I get the standard IE "red X" image placeholder. Has anybody else sent back a 360 recently and had any issues with this? I've emailed Xbox Support, but I'm not exactly hopeful for a response.

They mailed me a label when their support site was having issues just call them.
