Heres how it works gentlemen

$150.96 each
ewiz has a promotion now on their front page for $20 off of $250+ orders. Use coupon code SUMMER20.

order two for crossfire, subtotal is $301.92.
apply the coupon for $20.00 off, taking it down to $281.92.
get your bing cashback of 5 percent ($14.10), lowering it to 267.82 + shipping out of pocket.
--------------------------
ASUS cards I can speculate will be as good as their mainboards are. ASUS also has a very nice cooling system on this SKU. ASUS is one of the few companies that allow for two rebates per household. $20 each on this SKU gets us $40 in the mail later, bringing the total to $227.82, or $113.91/ea. + shipping.

Shipping was $13.57 for me.

At about $110/ea it was enough for me to break down and buy a pair. At this price point, this is 4770 territory, not even paying mind to the 4850.

Act fast, the rebate will expire tommorow, June 30.

Edit: Stick a fork in 'her, this deal is DEAD.

Amber, I don't know why it's there, but it's not blocking the Crossfire connectors. It gets thinner right there.

Looks like you're right. It's hard to tell from the eWiz pic, but the ones at NewEgg show a better view of the area around the CrossFire connectors. And it looks like you can unscrew it pretty easily anyhow.
