http://twitter.com/NeweggHotDeals (ripped from Fat Wallet)

I didn't get Cash Back from one of my purchases on Friday, but it also seems like the websites may have been overwhelmed then.

Supposedly new available pool of funds and Newegg website doesn't appear it is hanging right now, but it is ymmv given Black Friday history.

:)

I got lucky on black friday because I bought a high end Onkyo Receiver that Newegg had a damn good deal on.

But as for regular stuff like memory, good motherboard deals? SSD's? Pure crap. Everywhere it was pure crap. The few good deals were at Frys' B&M which is 60 miles from me :(

Damnit, I had talked myself out of spending money until this came along. Picked up a Biostar 1156 motherboard combo with 4GB 1333 DDR3 Patriot ram for around $110 after Bing and rebates.

Also picked up a Core I5 from Circuit City using 12.2% Bing and the PayPal $10 off $100 promotion that they sent me. $155 after all said and done. $264.xx ish after credit card rebate for the retail Core I5, Biostar board and 4GB DDR3 ram.

Damn, I should have went to work...costing me too much to stay home! :(

A bit off topic but does anyone know why Discover card's site is getting hammered?

There was a rumor that the $10 off $50 at Amazon (by using Discovercard) was coming back but it has not materialized (at least yet). Maybe something to do with it...

10% back at Newegg. Search for "newegg" (no quotes) at Bing.com. May take a couple of refreshes to get it.

So how long does it usually take for the discount to show up in your Bing account after the time you place your order? I just received my Newegg email so I assume it should show up at any time.

I did the 10% cash back the other day with Newegg and it showed up within a few hours for me.

Seems to be very slow. I got the confirmation a few hours ago- I guess if it doesn't show up by tomorrow I can shoot them a call and see what's up. My only concern is the weird way the "Cashback" logo kept popping up, and it wasn't there as I was checking out.

what do you mean no good deals/ What about the agility 120gb for 319-30 visa card, or intel 160gb for $424? would be better with 10%, but cheapest prices right now granted they are not as good as earlier pricing this year or previous deals.

Mine just showed up. I did quite well. I got the Canon Pixma MP990 printer for $135, the LG 8x Blu-Ray burner they had on sale for $117 and the Verbatim DVD+DL 20pk for $19, and the Memorex BD-R 15pk for $27. All in all, a good haul.

I'm just sorry I missed Thurs' sale as I wanted the HAF 932 case for the one day special they were selling it at (I think it came to like ~$70 after the rebates and cashback) .
