I feel sorry for him. He did something stupid, but allowing the tape to be released really is a horrible thing to do to him.

I don't. The guy was a complete ass. He was trying to look "cool" in front of those kids and broke just about every firearm safety rule there is.

Paige, who writes that he was "once regarded as one of the best undercover agents, if not the best, in the DEA," points to the clip's recent airing on popular television shows and via the Internet as the reason he can no longer work undercover. He also notes that he is no longer "permitted or able to give educational motivational speeches and presentations." (5 pages)

well good grief, i should hope not!

Well, I haven't watched the video yet. Just as a matter of principle, people do stupid things, and it would be difficult to judge.

Yeah... and luckly no one besides him was hurt or else I'd feel really bad for laughing my ass off!

How did he not see the round in the chamber? He had the damn thing open.

... and WHY would you then try to show the kids your rifle after telling them the handgun was empty?

If that's true, it really is a shame.

The parents of the children in the classroom and the school should sue him.
They'd get more money if they sued the federal government. ;)
