DDRAM Video Card On A SDRAM Mother Board

i have a biostar M7vkb w/ 750 thunderbird , 256 sdram i want to know if it is possible to use a video card w/ ddram on my mother board even though my motherboard doesnt except ddram ? any help would be great thanks.

The two are completely unrelated, so the answer to your question is yes.
The Video card has it's own memory controller.
